The CEO of Care Heroes reached out to me through a reference for another healthcare client I had. The request was to help this team redesign their mobile app to accommodate a huge customer they landed and use the opportunity to shift into a fintech experience. I met with current users, understood business requirements, and created user flows that focused on our goal of created a fintech wallet experience for care providers working at senior homes. The app centers around the Care Heroes rewards experience, sharing amounts earned and spent, while also motivating the main user group to continue performing well at work. This app will launch in March.
