Papa: Mobile App
The Papa Pal app is the medium through which Papa Pals search for visits, create a working schedule, gain payments, understand visit needs, and provide data around their visit experience. The previous Pal App needed to be completely redesigned to support a large number of new Pals to join Papa, so that the business would expand and would attain our next round of Series B funding as a successful startup.

A mobile app designed to be a partner in the field for senior care professionals
The old visit details page did not provide enough context as to what the Pal needed to know to complete their visit to the best of their ability. This was leading to a poor experience and reduced return of use for the member we did the visit for. I improved the visit details experience by creating new card style sections for information. I also organized our "invisit" screen to show a list of tasks to be completed, this way the user can spend less time reviewing the app, and more time in the actual visit providing help to the members.
We were able to launch the full experience to the public and achieve our next investment round. Although the mobile app has changed visually since then. A lot of the original flows we created then are still the foundation of the experience today.
